Guidelines for conducting Training Programmes

1.Training Program is to be Conducted for Five Days.Training Course Syllabus

2.Center-in-Charge is requested to select the farmers for the training keeping the following criteria in mind.

a)Farmers interest in Organic farming /Natural farming/Cow based economy needs to be assessed before selecting.

b)Preference to be given to the farmers who are already practicing Organic farming /Natural farming/Cow based economy.

c)Farmers from the same district or neighboring district nearest to the center need to be selected.

d)Fair representation to be given to the farmers belonging to all communities including SC/ST/OBC/Minority community.

e)There should not be any gender discrimination.

3.The detailed inventory of the farmers as per the enclosed Proforma needs to be submitted at the end of each training to the Nodal Officer of the University/Institute.

4.Center-in-Charge is requested to maintain daily attendance register for all the days of training.

5.Photographs/Video of inauguration, closing function, Field visits, Demonstrations, Lectures etc. needs to be taken and enclosed with the report.

6.News Paper Cuttings/publicity of the programme to be enclosed with the report.

7.Detailed final report needs to be submitted at the end of each training programme.

8.The details of the Budget is indicated below:

5. Miscellaneous Training kit, Pen, Pad, Photo, Video, Banners, Publicity etc. Rs.15,000/-
6. Total (For pertraining) Rs.1,01,250/-say Rs.1.0/- lakh


9.Accounts have to be settled at the end of each training programme seperately.

10.Nodal officers are requested to maintain transparency and follow all the accounts procedures/rules as applicable.
